ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, That United Partners, III,
Inc., a Florida Corporation, of St. Lucie County, State of
Flori~a, party of the first part, in consideration of the sum ~

of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations to me `

in hand paid by Gordon B. Price and Eric R. Price, of the County
of Martin, State of Florida, party of the second part, at or

before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt

whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, '

assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does ~
grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the
said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever,
a certain Agreement for Deed ~earing date of the 19th day of
August, 1974, made by Cecil E. Prescott and Vernice Prescott,
his wife, and Robert J. Schlichter and He1ga Schlichter, his

wife (hereinafter referred to as Owners) to United Partners, III,
Inc. upon the following described piece or parcel of land,
situate and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
