FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of November, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
w~fe now exists between the parties, and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; that
- the parties entered into a stipulation in open court as to custody
and property rights. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between C. E. JENKINS and BETTY ANiJ JENKINS
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
` existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
j 2. Custody of WYATT EUGENE JENKINS, MARK CECIL JENKINS and

E MATHEW CHARLES JENKINS, minor children of the parties, is hereby

i awarded to C. E. JENKYNS with liberal and reasonable visitation
~
~ rights reserved to BETTY ANN JENKINS and furthQr that the said
~
~ BETTY ANN JENKINS may have the minor children visit and be with her
~
- away from the residence of the husband.

~ 3. The wife shall pay to the husband the sum of $10,000.00 on
; or before December 30, 1975 for his interest in the marital home
fa being the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida,
