HomeMy WebLinkAbout0665 ~ t South, Ranqe 40 East, less the north 33 feet ~ thereof, righ~ of way to St. Lucie County, ~ Florida, ~ ~ ~ subject to the mortgage now outstanding against said real property together with the furniture and furnishings now located in the dwelling on the above described lands except as to the personal property hereinafter set out. The husband shall have the right to remove from the marital dwelling the following-personal property: the colored TV set; one-half of the pots, pans and glassware; two- thirds of~the linens; one blue set of china; the bunk beds {one set); a bedroom set, gray in color now located in the room at the marital home occupied by MARK CECIL JENKINS; the piano and the personal effects of the husband and the three minor children. 4. Possession of the marital home and the furniture and furnishings therein and the real property as above described shall be given to the wife on December 30, 1975 providing that the paymsnt of $10,000.00 has been made by the wife to the husband. The husband shall execute the necessary instrur!ment to convey his interest in the marital home and the furniture and furnishings located therein to the wife subject to the mortgage and the wife agrees to pay off the mortgage on the lands hereinabove described and to save the husband harmless therefrom. - ~ 5. The husband by appropriate instrument shall convey his ; interest in the Granville Pontiac automobile now in the nossession t ; of the wife subject to the outstanding lien thereon. The wife ; > ~ ~ agrees to pay the lien and to save the husband harmless therefrom. ~ ~ In the event the wife should default in the payment of the lien on f ~ her automobile then in that event the husband has t;~e right and f ~ privilege to pay the lien and the wife shall immediately deliver ~ ~ the said Granville Pontiac automobile to the husband and execute the _ necessary instrument to convey her interest therein to the husband. 6.
