HomeMy WebLinkAbout0666 ~ s 7. The wife has in her possession $7~000.00 which was set aside for the use and benefit of the minor children. The wife shall obtain three certificates of deposit with the $7,000.00 to be in the amount of $2,334.00 in the name of WYATT EUGENE JENKINS, MARK CECIL JENKINS, and MATHEIV CHARLES JENKINS, That upon any of the minor children reaching the age of majority, the wife shall then deliver to the said minor child his certificate of deposit with the accrued interest at said time. 8. The parties hereto during their marriage have accumulated common stock in Southland Equity Corporation of 133 shares, the wife's investment in Ebasco Services Incorporated, stock or shares in the VIP Insurance Investment Plan and stock in Investors Accumu- lation Plan. The value of the Ebasco investment in the name of the wife shall be fixed as of November 25, 1975 and the wife shall be entitled to retain the Ebasco Services Incorporated investment but that the husband shall be given credit for the full value of said ~ investment as it is to remain with the wife. The full~appraised ~ value of the Ebasco Services Incorporated investment shall be de- ~ ducted from the value of the Southland Equity Corporation stock, ; the VIP Insurance Investment Plan and Investors Accumulation Plan by giving the husband credit therefor from the value of such stack I ' and investment. After deducting the husband•s interest from the f ~ gross value of the said Southland Equity Corporation's stock, the ~ ~ _ ~ VIP Insurance Investment Plan and the Investors Accumulation Plan, ~ ~ the remainder shall be divided equally between the husband and the a ~ ~ wife. ~ ~ 9.
