THIS INDENTURE, made this the 13th day of Nove?nbei• 1975,
by and between ST()CKTON, WNATLEY, DAVIN & COMPANY, a corporation organized
and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called
Grantor, and SECRETARY OF NOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT of Washinqton, D.C.,
his successors and assigns, hereinafter called Grantee.
WIZldESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollar s($10.00), in hand paid by Grantee and other
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants,
bargains and sells to the said Gran*_ee, forever, tihe following described
