~ FINAL JUD(~NT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 12th day of November,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of the action; that the rela-
tionship of Husband and Wife now exists between the Petitioner and
Respondent, and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is,
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between Petitioner, MABEL JOANNE YAGERLENER,
and Respondent, DANIEL LYNN YAGERLENER, be and the same is heteby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from
the obligations arising therefrom.

f 2. That the Wife shall have the permanent care and custody of

~ the two minor children of the parties, namely, CHRISTOPHER ALLAN
~
~ YAGERLENER and RELLY DIANE YAGERLENER, granting unto the Husband
~
~ reasonable rights of visitation.

~ 3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of 7faenty-five
~ Dollars ($25.00) per week per child as above named for their sup-
~
~
~ port and maintenance.
3 4. The Wife and the minor children above named sha11 have the
exclusive use and possession of the marital home now located at

= 4200 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, until the Wife dies -

- or remarries, at such time the property shall be sold by mutual

consent and the proceeds divided between the parties. ~
