S. That the Husband, DANIEL LYNN YAGERLENER, shall make the
monthly mortgage installment payments on the marital home located
at 4200 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, when they become
due $nd before they become delinquent until the Wife dies or re-
marries. ~
6. That the Husband shall make the monthly installment pay-
ments to Grants which iiicludes installment payments on the washer,
refrigerator and colored TV in the marital home in the possession
of the Wife, when such payments become due and before they become
delinquent.
_ 7. The Wife is granted as her permanent possession the 1969
Oldsmobile automobile and the furniture and furnishings presently
located in the marital home at 4200 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce,

Florida.
~8. The Wife's attorney, ERROL S. WILLES, Esquire, is awarded
a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00) which fee shall be deferred in monthly installments due
and owing in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day
of November, 1975.
