THIS CAUSE having come on before me to he heard on the
defendants' Motion to Dismiss, arguments of counsel having been
heard, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants' Motion to
Dismiss be and the same is_hereby granted. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs be and they
hereby are granted ten (10) days from the entry of this Order
in which to file a Second Amended Complaint in this action.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
