This matter coming on to be heard upon joint motion of ~
parties, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, ~
it is hereby
• ORDERED that the Division of Family Services of the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services make an investi-
gation and social study concerning all pertinent details relating~
to the child, Loren Rebecca Russ, and each parent, Cecelia Senora~
Russ Flores, and John Leonard Russ. It is further ~
ORDERED that the Division of Family Services furnish the
Court with a written report with its recommendation with a ~
written statement of facts found in its social investigations on
which its recommendations are based. It is further
ORDERED that the hearing presently set in this matter for

. December 12, 1975, be and is hereby continued pen~ing completion ~
; and receipt by the Court of the Division of Family Services
