THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Motion of Plaintiff
to Implement the Execution of Final Judgment and notice being furnished
to counsel for Defendant for 10:00 o'clock, A. M., on the 26th day of
November, A. D., 1975, and at 10:10 o'clock, A. M., counsel for Defendant
advised by telephone that he had received notice and waived right ~f
appearance and the-Court being fully advised in these premises, it is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion be and is hereby
qranted and the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Roger Poitras, is hereby
