The sums due and owinR hereunder ahall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly inatalmenta,
each in the amount ot the Inatalment Payment, the tirat such Instalment Payment to be made on the First Inafalment
Payment Date and subaequent Inatalment Payments on the first day o[ each month thereatter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance of principal and interest accrued and unpaid thereon ahall become due and pay
able; each such instalment when paid sha11 be applied firat to the payment ot intereat on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereof to payment on account of ptincipal.
If any Instalment Payment shalt not be paid when due. thea the entire principal sum and accrued intereat here-
under shall become due and payable at onoe or thereafter, at the option of the holder o[ this Note. The Payee may. at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two cents tor each one dollar of each Instalrnent Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for expenses of setvicing delinquent Inatalment Payments Faiture to ezercise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exerrise the aame in the event of any subeequent default_
It is further agreed that the hfaker und each endoraer, surety, guarantor, jointly and aeveraUy, ahall pay all coets ot
coliection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee, on tailure to pay any Instalment Payment or any acctued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder ahall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note ahall be due and payable. The total intetest payable hereunder shaU not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Fiorida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of properiy sitaated in the State of Florida.
The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement eztending the time or modifying the above terms of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of the property atfected by said Mortgage, whether with or with- .
out notice to the Maker, and the 1liaker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terma of any such agreement of e:tension or modification.
; The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of

~ All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser, hereby waive presentment tor
i payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ezpresaly agree jointly and aeverally to remain
