THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Plaintiffs Motion
~ for Summary Judgment upon the pleadings and proof filed herein
and it a earin that ro er service was obtained u on the

! Defendants, and tne Plaintiff and Defendant D.A.D. Inc. hav3ng
been represented by counsel, and the Court being otherwise

~i fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
~f ORD~:RED and ADJUDGED, as follows, to-wit:

1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to maintain this action,
and the Court has ~urisdiction of the sub~ect matter and the
, parties hereto.
2. That the Defendant, D.A.D., a Florida corporation,
ii
' is entitled to the sum of $2,133.41 plus attorney fees in the
i
' arr,ount of $200.00 for a total of $2,333.41, which the Plaintiff

t ~ MAMIE DODD, shall pay the sum of ~200.00 to the attorney for
~
` + D.A.D. Inc, Nor~ran Soloman, and pay the balance thereof of
; ~$2,133.41 to BERNARD RUBIN, Receiver of D.A.D. Inc. The said
¢ Receiver shall issue a satisfaction of the aforesaid mortgage
~
~ upon receipt of $2,133.41.~

~ 3. That upon the said Plaintiff having complied with
; ~
~ the preceding paragraph, the title to the following described
~ property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more part-

icularly described as follows, to-wit:
