D.A.D., a Florida corporation, and ~ernard Rubin, as Receiver
of D.A.D. Inc. and that the Plaintiff MAMIE DODD is hereby
decreed to be the owner in Fee Simple of the aforesaid property
and that any and all claims, right, title or demand of the
Defendants and any and all persons claiming by, through, under
or against the said Defendants and all parties having or _
claiming to have any right; title or interest in the real property
which is the sub~ect matter of this suit, are hereUy perpetually
restrained and en~oined and forbidden to claim any right, title
interest or estate whatsoever, in or to said described property
~ and are hereby perpetually restrained and en~oined from
commencing or bringing any suit or action to disturb said
