This matter having come before the Court.upon the Motion
o~ the Plaintiff, HORST KRAUSE, for an Order to Show Cause why '
certain property should not be~taken from the possession of the '
Defendant and delivered to the Plaintiff, and the Court having

heard argument~of counsel and the aQrFement of the parties, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, DAWSON BROS.,
INC., shall forthwith turn over to Plaintiff, HORST KRAUSE, al~
items of personal property menf~ioned in the Complaint for Replevin
and Other Relief, with the exception of the South Bend Lathe,
~erial No. 8083C), and that the Plaintiff shall iuimediately
i
! take all steps necessary to remove these items of personal
i property from the warehouse of the Defendant.
; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff

~ shall give a bond in the principal amount of S3 500.00 pending
~

~ the outcome of this suit.
