Ttiirty (30) Day period, which assessments, i~ not paid, are payaible in
ten (10) equal annual installments~ bearing interest at the rate of ~
six per cent (63b) per annum on the unpaid balances thereof; and ;
WHEREAS said assessments have been recorded in the Improvement ~

are hereby directed to record in the official Records of St. Lucie County~
Florida, by recording through the Uffice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,

unpaid, as per schedule therevf annexed hereto~ incorporated herewith as
fully set forth herein and thereby made a part hereof, which sa~.d special ~
