Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 2: of this ~lortgage. Borro~~~er and Lender agree that all references
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean thc Property, Borrower. Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
Sate of this ~iortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this ~lortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtcdncss secured by this \iortgage, not including sums advanoed
in accordance herewith to protect the security of this ~fortgage, ezceed the original amount of the Ivote plus
