hereby certify that pursuant to the direction of the Court in its "
Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered herein, I gave natice
of public sale of the mortgaged prope rty described in said ,judgment,
by publishing same in The News 1`ribune, a newspaper circulated in
! St. Lucie ~ounty, Florfda, in the manner evidenced by Proof of Pub-
:
lication hereto attached, and o~ the Lst day of December, A. D.,
1975, offere~i said mortgaged property for sale at public outcry to~
the highest and best bidder for cash, and at such sale the highest
and best bid received for said property was that submitted by
McCAUGHAN MORT'GAGE COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, being a
bid in the amount of $ 100.00 , and I thereupon accepted
such bid and sold said property to the said McCAUG~AN MORTGAGE CQri-
PANY, INC., a Florida corporation, and have retained the proceeds
. of such sale for distribution in accorda~tce with the directions of
said ,judgment.
I have received my fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for
making the sale, same being paid by Law Offices of Jose ph M. Fitz-
gerald, P.A., 502 Security Trust Building, 700 Brickell Avenue, Miami,
Florida, attorney for Plaiatiff.
