AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
RE: Lots 5 and 6 of Block 5 of PARADISE PARK
ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 8. at page 36, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared AUDREY C. MILOSH who, after first being duly
sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of C. W. Milosh
who died on April 2, 1973. -
2. That she and the said C. W. Milosh were duly
married on or about August 10, 1918, and that said marital
relationship was continuous and without interruption until
the death of the said C. W. Milosh; and further affiant
sayeth not.
