THIS CAUSE CAME before the Court for Pre-trial
Conference on November 24, 1975. Present were PALMER W.
COLLINS, Esquire for the Plaintiffs, and MICHAEL JEFFRIES,
Esquire for the Defendants.
l. This is an action for personal injuries by the
Plaintiff, DENNIS W. FELLOWS, individually, and DENISE M. ~

FELLOWS, by and through her father and next friend, DENNIS W.
FELLOWS, and a wrongful death action by DENNIS W. FELLOWS,

Executor of the Estate of MARY J. FELLOWS, arising out of an
automo~~ile collision that occurred on or about May 15, 1974,
between an automobile owned by the Plaintiff, DENNIS W. FELLOWS,
and a motor vehicle owned by the Defendants, ST. REGIS PAPER
i COMPANY and SOUTHERN CULVERT COMPANY, driven by the Defendant, ~

; HOMER LEE MATHIS, and insured by the Defendant, EMPLOYERS
~ MUTUAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY OF WISCONSIN.

~ 2. The parties have stipulated to the ownership and

} operation of the vehicles at the time and place alleged and to

t the insurance coverage of the Defendant, EMPLOYERS MUTUAL

~ LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY OF WISCONSIN, for the Defendants,

~ ST. REGIS PAPER COMPANY and HOMER LEE MATHIS. The issues to

be tried in this case are: ~

(a) Negligence of the Defendants;
(b) Negligence of the Plaintiff, DENNIS W.
~ FELLOWS, if any;

~ (c) Damages sustained by the Plaintiffs.
