6. The Defendant, EMPLOYERS MUTUAL LIABILITY
INSURANCE COMPANY OF WISCONSIN's, Motion for Protective Order
concerning the deposition scheduled for November 24, 1975,
came on to be heard before the Court, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel, the motion was thereupon denied.
7. Any and all additional witnesses and exhibits
discovered or obtained by either party shall be made known to
opposing counsel at least two (2) days before trial.
8. The Court notes that both parties to this cause
have filed pre-trial statements along with supplemental and
amended pre-trial statements and witness lists, pursuant to and ,
