THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day on tlie Plaintiff's
Petition for Order Authorizing Settlement of Tort Claim, before
the Honorable Judge James E. Alderman and in the presence of
liarvey B. Goldberg, Attorney for Plaintiff, Stephen G. Elayskar,
Attorney appearing for Defendants, Robert Dixon, Attorney, a.ppear-
ing on behalf of Bonnie Jo Rankin, and the Court having heard _
argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the -
premises, it is hereby
ORD~:RED, ADJUDGED a~nd DECRL'-ED as ~ollo~,rs :

1. That settlement in the total sum of FIFTY Tt~OUSAND
(~50,000.00) DOLLARS be and it is hereby approved by this Court.
2. That the Administrator of the Estate of NANCY RUTH
FOOTE, to wit: titi'ILLIAi~t FOOTE, be directed to execute a release
on behalf of the Estate and to receive in his capacity as Admin-
istrator of the F.state the sum of FIrTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00)
DOLLARS as a total settlement in this matter, same to be deposited
in a federal savin~;s account pending distribution by this Court
to alI beneficiaries in interest.
i. That Robert Dixon, Attorney, 14 l~'est Oak, Arcadia,
Florida 33821, is herewith anpointed as C,uardian ~d Litem on
