ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the motion for tempor-
ary relief filed herein by the wife, both parties being represented by
counsel, and the Court being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife be, and she is hereby,
granted temporary custody of the minvr children born as issue of
this marriage, to-wit: STEPHEN WARREN TRAVIS and SANDRA MICHELLE TRAVYS,
subject to reasonable visitation rights granted unto the Husband.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband be, and
he is hereby, ordered to pay child support for the two (2) minor children
in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week, the first payment be-
ginning on Friday, November 28, 1975, in the sum of $40.00, and a like
sum on Friday of each succeeding week thereafter. Each payment shall
be made to the Clerk of this Cosrt and by him remitted promptly to the
; Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statu-
i tory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-

ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of

f the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of

; their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order
~

~ is in effect.

F IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the exclusive posses-
~ sion of the marital home, located at 1009 Hispana Avenue, Fort Pierce,
~
~
Florida, be, and_it is hereby, granted to the Wife.
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court does here-
~
; by enjoin the Husband from disbursing and/or transferring, or placing

a lien upon any assets, pending final hearing including but not limited
