C " • ~ ; `"u; i ~ \ :c' FINAL JUDGMENT OEC 1 I I 27 ~ 13 DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~2~~8 B THIS CAUSE came on the 2~ day of December, A.D. 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARSHALL E. TURNER and LOUISA M. TURNER be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the~parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob- ligations arising therefrom. 2. AGREEMENT. The Stipulated Agreement entered into between the parties be, and it is hereby, incorporated herein by reference. f ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. That LOUISE M. TURNER be, and she E ~ F is hereby, a.uthorized to assur,ie her former name of LOUISA M. BROLLINI, i t ~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter- ~ vened. ' ~ . € ~ 4.
