DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
T'his cause came on for trial the 2nd day of December, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exis ts between t~e parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The.marriage between GEORGE
WIX and NANCY L. WIX be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fram the bonds of
I; matrimon heretofore existin between them and fran the obli ations

( arising therefrom.

; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three minor children, to-wit:
~ GEORGE WIX, age 6 years, KAREN LEE WIX, age 6 years, and BILLY GLEN

H WIX, age 2 years, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visita-

~ tion rights reserved to the Husband.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the $ day of ,

the sum of $ 3~ each and evEry week (month), for the support
5 of the children named above, shall be paid by the Husband. Each pay-

" ment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
~
~ to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as }

~ statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All

~ payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
~
~ of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of
~
