BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared LARRY M. STEWART, (hereinafter referred to as
"Affiant"), who being by me first duly sworn on oath
deposes and says:
1. THAT Affiant is the owner of the following described
property located in Martin County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 18 and 19, Block 74, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
Unit 9, according to plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. It is my intention to recommence construction of
improvements on the aforesaid property and that all lienor's
giving notice to Owner pursuant to Chapter 713 of the
Florida Statutes have been paid in full.
3, ~'HIS affidavit has been prepared and recorded in
order to comply with the provisions of Florida Statutes
Section 713.07(4).
