Such provisions as are incorporated by referenoe hereinto shall be Uniform Coveaants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agee that all refereuces
to the Property, Borrower, Lender az?d Note oontained in the above desczibed master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, I.ender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a oopy of the oomplete tert of the provisions hereby inoorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
