disbursed as the Court may direct. if the amount realized at the
sale shall not be sufficient to pay the above sums, the Clerk shall
report the amount of the deficiency to this Court.
5. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES,
his wife, may bid for and be purchasers of any of the properties at
the sale and may bid the mortgage lien as cash up to the amount
found to be owing by this Court. Should the P laintiffs, ERROL S.
WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, be the successful bidder,
then after confirmation of the sale, whether such confirmation be
made by the Clerk Filing a Certificate of Title as provided by
statute or by Order of this Court, the Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES
and MARJORIE T. WILLES, shall pay all of the items and amou nts as
provided in Paragraphs 4A and 4B above. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S.
WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, shall after making all
of said payments, credit the balance of the amount bid against the
amount due under this Judgment. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES
and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, shall thereupon make a Certificate
which shall recite and certify that all of the items and amounts
required to be paid under the provisions of Paragraph 4A and 4B
hereof have been paid in full and that the balance of the amount
bid has been certiFied to the.amount due the Plaintiffs, ERROL S.
WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, under the Judgment. Said
Certificate shall be filed with the Clerk. T'he Clerk of the Court

shall accept said certificate as cash and attach it to the Certifi-
cate of Disbursement.
6. After confirnnation of sale, whether by the Clerk filing
his Certificate of Title or by this Court, each Defendant and all
%persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to the said
