This cause coming on before the Court on Plaintiff's
motion for final judgment subsequent to default, and the
Court having received affidavits of ALLEN J. LOWRY, ROBERT
. M. LLOYD, and FRANK H. FEE, III, offered in suppbrt of
Plaintiff's motion, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises; it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon
all of the Defendants and the defaults previously entered

; in this cause are ratified and confirmed.

j 2. Thrs Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this
~ cause and its subject matter.

~ 3. The allegations contained in the complaint have
~ been proven by competent evidence and the equities in this
~ cause are with Plaintiff.

~ 4. The mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiff in this
cause is in default as alleged in the complaint.
