INC., a~Florida Corpbration, and W. B. TILTON REAL ESTATE AND INSUR-
ANCE, INC., a Florida Corpora~ion, the owners and hold~rs of a
certain mortgage deed executed by BEACH CLUB DEVELOPMENT CORP., a
Florida Corporation to BEACH CLOB COLONY OF STUART, INC., a Florida
Corporation, dated September 4, 1973 and recorded September 1973
in Official Recorus Book 218, Pages 718 et seq., St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records securing that certain promissory note in the
original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($260,000.00), and certain promises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deed, upon the proper.ty situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as more particularly described in said mortgage deed, hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the •
Clerk of ~che Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida to cancel
the same of record. •
