ORDER OF~ ~'ONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard pursuant to the Order
dated December 18, 1975 and the Court having heard testimony
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,
James L. Middleton, is in wilful contempt of this Court and has
failed to comply with the Order entered December 13, 1975.
2. The C~urt sentences the Husband, James L. Middleton,
to twenty full days in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce,
; Florida and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida is directed
i
; to take James L. Middleton into custody and incarcerate him in
~
~ the St. Lucie County Jail for the term of twenty full days unless

~ he purges himself as hereinafter set out.
~ 3. The Husband, James L. Middleton, may purge himself by
~
~ paying to the Wife the sum of $536.50 for child support arrearage,
~
~ by paying to tt~e law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of
~ $1~5 for attorneys' fee and costs, by executing and delivering to
~
~
the Wife appropriate instrum~nts to convey to the Wife the title to
~
~
~ the 19~2 Fury Plymouth automobile and license tag.thereon, and by
~
delivering to the Wife the ceiling fan removed-from the marital
x
~ dwelling and, further, to abide by and comply with the conditions ~
~ of the Order dated December 12, 1975 as to the garage door and the
~
~
~ two porch posts at a future date.
