This cause came on for trial this date and the court having

given full consideration to all the evidence~ finds and determine~

that this court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties ~
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. it is thereupon~
ORDERED A,'VD ADJUDGED as follows - ~
1. DZSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JO ANN `
BOLSER and WALTER J. BOLSER be and the same is hereby dissolved, ;

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fro~ ;

the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ther.i and ~
rrom the obligations arising therefrom. ;
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. JO ANN BOLSER be and she is hereby ~
authorized to assume her former name of JO ANN RAMPY and to use ~
the same in all respects as if said ~arriage had not intervened.
