FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of December,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, fi~,ds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the.relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES T.
CLARK, Husband, and KATHY T. CLARK, Wife, be, and the sam.e is hereby
dissolved,~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CYNTHIA JO CLARK, minor child of the

parties, is hereby awarded to KATHY T. CLARI~, Wife, with reasonable
i
€ visitation rights reserved to JAMES T. CLARK~ Husband.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~5~ day of ,

~ 197~, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $100.00 per
~
~ month for the support of the child named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~ im remitted ro tl to the Clerk. In addition there is hereb

~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-

~ ment made to the Clerk. All nayments shall be made in cash, money
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep

~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence

E addresses at all times while this order is in effect.

~ DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
