THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 23rd day of December, ~

ii 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~

evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction

;i of the parties and subject matter of this-suit; that the ~

relation of Nusband and Wife now exists between the parties;

j~ and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably

broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between STANLEY
AILEN COPELAND and JOYCE ANN COPELAND be and ~~he same is hereby
; dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

E freed from the bonds of marriage heretofore existing between
€ i; them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TERESA MARIE COPELAND and MICHAEL

3. SUPPORT. Commencing on January 10, 1976, STANLEY ALLEN i

~ for the support of TERESA MARIE COPELAND and the sum of $107.50

~ for the support of MICHAEL ALLEN each and every month.

_ 4. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The
