DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this sutit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
.ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows : ;
l. DISSOLITPION OF NfARRIAGE. The marriage between (:AROLYN BYRD ELLER
and KENNETH W. ELLER, be and the same is hereby 3issolved, and the parties ;
' and each of them are hereby ~orever freed from the bonds of matrimony
; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of WEI~IDI D~NISE ELLER, minor child of the parties,

~ is hereby awarded to the Wife, CAROLYN BYRD ELLER with reasonable visitation
~ ri hts reserved to the Husband KENNETH W. ELLER.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Comrienci.ng the ~ day of December, 1975, KENNETH W.

ELLER shall pay to CA,ROLYN BYRD ELLER, the sum of each and every '

~ week for the support of the child named above.
~ Each payrnent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
~
~ promptly to CAROLYN BYRD ELLER. In addition there is hereby assessed the

~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added_to each payment ~nade to the Clerk. ;
~ ALl payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both ~

~ of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their
