THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon th~~ Petition for ;
Equitable Distribution served in this cause by the Plaintiff on
December 8, 1975, and the Court having bee~ advised that agreement ;
has been reached between the parties by stipulation, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Petition for Equit-
able Distribution is granted and the Plaintiff shall pay to OHIO
~CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) ;
as an equitable distribution of the settlement funds as between
the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff's personal injury protection insur-
ance carrier under the Florida No-Fault Automobile insurance law.
