~ are hereby afforded the opportunity of reinstating Plaintiff(s)'
mortgage in accordance with the following schedule. Time is of
the essence hereto. Should the Defendant~s) fully and timely
czrry out such schedule, then upon appropriate motion, this ~

~Judgment shall be vacated and the suit dismissed without prejudice,
at Plaintiff(s)' cost. Should the Defendant(s) fail to fully and
time ly perform according to this schedule,then upon appropriate motion ,
this Court shall enter its Order amending paragraph "1" hereof,
giving Defendant(s) credit for any sums paid by Defendant(s) from
the date hereof to the date of such motion, and giving the Plaint-
iff(s) credit for any additional sums which may become due during
the interval between this Judgment and said subsequent Order. A copy -
of such motion shall be furnished by mail to the Defendant(s) who :

may require a hearing thereon by_filing a written dem3nd therefor ~

with this Court and furnishing a copy thereof to Plaintiff(s)'
attorney within ~ne week of the date of said motion; in failure
of the Defendant(s) to demand such hearing, the matter shall proceed ~
ex parte and without hearing, upon Plaintiff(s)' motion. Said
subsequent Grder shall also direct the Clerk of this Court to

; sell the above property at public sale to the highest bidder for

! cash at the front door of the St. Lucie County

~ Caurthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance with

~ Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at a date and time to be set

~ by this Court. The schedule of payments is as follows:
~ (a) The Defendant(s) shall pay on or before

~ to grace or extensions, all taxes, insurance premiums '
