FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 23rd day of December
1975, and the Husband having appeared with counsel and a default having
been entered against the Wife for failing to file ~r serve an answer
or ather pleading. And the Court having given full consideration to -
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction !

of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relations -
~
of Husband and Wife now exsists b2tween the parties; the equities
are with the Husband and against the Wife, and the Husband is entitled
to dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
as follows: - -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband, '
GEORGE SHAW, and the Wife, ALTAMESE SHAW, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretoforth exsits between them and from
~ the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. CUSTODY. Custody of GEORGE SHAW 3R, and RONNIE SHAW, minor
children of the parties is hereby awarded to the Husband with reason-
able visitation rightS reserved to the Wife.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and ±he parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be

proper. ~ ~
