and ackno~aled~es that c~~c~i and ecery provision of the foregoing is
ess~ntial to th~ successFul operation and management of the Condo- ~
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide Uy each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of tlie terms and orovisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attaclied th~reto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirr?s that the Declaration of Covenants '
and Restrictions of thz Property Oc,rners' Association has encumbered
and inpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the.said ~7eclara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes tlie obligations as to the Prope=ty
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confir:~s
that all ~rarranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
contained ia the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and E~hibits
attached thereto, and the com,mon expenses and the sums due under thc
Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only.
No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied
e::cept where the same is s~ecifically c~arranted or guaranteed in
I said Declaration of Condor.tiniur~. and the F.::hibits attached thereto.
