A G R E E M E N T
gIIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on the date and

at the place set forth next to the respective signatures of the
parties hereto, by and LAI~ LUCIE ESTATES, INC., a Florida
corporation, (Lake Lucie), and I~LEN K. OPRE (Opre), ;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, LAKE LUCIE, as Seller, and OPRE, as Purchaser,
entered into an Agr~ement for Deed on June 29, 1971, pertaining
, • ;
to the property described in Exhibit A hereto attached, and made :

a part hereof; and . ~

WHEREAS, said Agreement for Deed was modified by substitut- ~

ing the property described in Exhibit B hereto in lieu of the Y
property described in Exhibit A hereto; and
WHEREAS,neither the said Agreement for Deed nor the ~

modification thereof have been heretofore recorded in the Public•
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, OPRE desires to assign all of her right, title

and interest in and to said Agreement for Deed, as Modified,
to ALAN BUCCHINO and FRANK BUCC~iINO, as Tenants in Common with

E Right of Survivorship,

~ NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as

~ follows: ,

~ 1. .~at the Agreement for Deed attached hereto and ~

~ made a part hereof as Exhibit C, be and the sarae is hereby
~ confirmed, ratified, and readopted as and for the act and deed
~
~ of each of the parties hereto.
~ 2. That said Agreement for Deed be and the same is

~ hereby amended and modified by substituting the lands described ~r~~
~ '
~ ~ r
~ in Exhibit B hereto in lieu of the lands described in Exh ibit A ~

~ hereto.

~ 3. Z'hat said Agreement for Deed a~ herein modified

be and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed and adopted by ~
~ each of the parties hereto as and for their respective act and deed.
