Articles oi Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
R~strictions of the Propert}? O~?rners' Associa~ion; and Purchaser
further acknocaledges receipt of and reading and exar.iination of said
Declaration, its Ekhibits, and buZget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of tne Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
a1.1 the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirr.is and approves
all of the terms and nrovisions of said Declaration:of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and.agrees-that the ass~ssment under
the Property Owners' Association docnments referred to above and the .
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknoc~iedges and confirns that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Propzrty O~aners' association has encumbered
and inpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to -
Purchaser, as security for his obliga~ions under the said ~eclara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions oz tne Property Oc~rners' Assa~ia--~
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirr.ts
~ that all ~~arranties, representations and inducenents if any, are as .

attached thereto, and the common expenses and t~ie s~s ciue under the
Property Owners' Association and other charges are estinated only.~
