PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

~ WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
;tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
~now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
~and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: .
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc..to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business TrusL, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ;
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, -
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and ~
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~

County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- s

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National a
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatior~ of said ~
mortgage; ~
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of ~
