THIS AGREEMENT FOR DEED, Made this day of
i~ , A.D., 1975, by and betveen MATTHEW M. McDOWELL,
REGINA A. McDOWELL, and SUSAN McDOWELL VANCE, as trustees of the
MATTHEW McDOWELL REVOCABLE LIVING ~'RUST UDT APRIL 13, 19~3, (herein-
after referred to as "SELLERS") and FRANK L. TALLANT and DORIS K.
TALLANT, his wife, of 354 S. E. Brookside Terrace, Port St. Lucie,
Florida, (hereinafter referred to as "BUYERS").
WITNESSETEI :
That if the Buyers shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on Buyers' part to be
made and performed, the Sellers hereby covenant and agree to convey to
tha Buyers, in fee simple, an insurable title, subject only to restrictions,
covenants, reservations and easements of record, by general Warranty Deed
the following described property located in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, and known and described as follows:

Lot 9, Block 144, Port St tLucie.
The purchase price is THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($36,000.00).

! Buyers hereby covenant and agree to pay Sellers the
purchase price in the following manner:

' Credit for Rent and Security Deposit 2,980.00
Cash within thirty (30) days of the
execution of the within Agreement 2,000.00

Assumption of mortgage payments on
