ORDER
This cause having come on to be heard based on a stipulation
between the parties hereto and the Court ~eing otherwise fully
advised in the prer~~ses, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. That Husband and Wife were divorced on August 20, 1970
and that Husband was ordered to pay to the Wife the swr. of $35Q.00
per month for child support.
2. That said child support payments are current and paid
in full through the month of October 1975.
3. That payments for the month of November shall be paid
at the rate of $35.00 per month beginning December 1975 through ~
September 1976, which said sums $hall be paic~ in addition to the
specified chi2d support payments mentioned in paragraph No. 1 above.
; 4. That all payments now or hereafter to be made by the
,
i Husband shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him re-
~
~ mitted promptly to Bar}ga A. Przekop. In addition there is hereby f
~ -

~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
~
~ payment made to the Clerk. All payment shall be made in cash, money
order or cashie r's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
;
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ~
~ addresses at all times while this order is in effect.

~ 5: That Husband agrees to provide at least 4 meals per week
A for each of the minor children of the parties for the period
~
~ beginning December 1, 1975 through September 30, 1976.
