FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of December, 1975
and the. Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Default against the Wife, BRENDA MEADOWS, entered
by the Clerk of this Court on Noveniber 7, 1975 is hereby ratified

~ 2. The marriage between LARRY K. MEADO~WS and BRENDA MEADOWS

~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and thE parties and each of ~

fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Custody of TIMOTHY JASON MEADOWS, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to LARRY K. MEADdWS and BRENDA MEADdWS

~ jointly and the parties shall be jointly responsible and liable for
~ the support of the minor child.

~Y 4. The Husband is awarded exc~usive possession of the home
