3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 30th day of January, 1976,
CHARLES E. HINTON shall pay to JESSICA HINTQN the sum of One
Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars each and every month for the
~ support of the minor children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to JESSICA HINTON. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sura of 51.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk, All payments shall
be made in cash, money order of cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Ord'er is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. _
S. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
garties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders

f as may be proper.
