and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betw~en ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~ws;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marrisge between WALTER
BRUNSON and LOSSIE MAE BRUNSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,

` and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ~

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~

~ obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. RESTORATION OF NAME. LOSSIE MAE BRUNSON be and she is ~
hereby authorized to assume her former name of LOSSIE MAE COE, and ~

~ to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~
~ 3. CUSTODY. Custody of GWENDOLYN DENISE BRUNSON, and

~ WALTER WADDELL BRUNSON, the minor children of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to the Petitioner, with reasonable rights of visitation re- _
