FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of December, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and '
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties ~

is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~
~
It is th~refore ORDERED as follows: ~

1. The marriage between ALAN BAGAMERY and BETH A. BAGAMERY 3

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

2. Custody of JOSHtiA SOL BAGAMERY, minor child of the parties, ~

~ is hereby awarded to BETH A. BAGAMERY, with reasonable visitation

~ rights reserved to ALAN BAGAMERY. ;

3. Commencing the 2nd day of January, 1976, ALAN BAGAMEitY j

shall pay to BETH A. BAGAMERY the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) _

~ each and every week for the support of the child named above. ~
