second party;
WHEREAS, MARION SOUWEIyE died seized and possessed of the fol-
lowing described property, lying, beitig and situate in St. Lucie

The Northerly 80 feet of Lot 11 and Lot 12, Cobbs Park
Terrace Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as is
recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 15 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations,easements and rights of way
of record;
WHEREAS, MARY M. SELLARDS, of Ft. Pierce, Florida, has been
appcinted the duly qualifiea Ancillary Administratrix, C.T.A. of
the estate of MARION SOUWEINE, deceased; and
WHEREAS, MARY M. SELLARDS did Petition the Circuit Court,

i Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,

~ said Court having jurisdiction of the ancillary estate of MARION

~ SOUWEINE, for authority to sell the above described property to

the second party and for an Order authorizing such sale; and
WNEREAS, the Circuit Judge did, on the p~{3~ day of

the sale of the property to the second party;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
