PARTIAL REIEASE OF MORTGAG~
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIftST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment af the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
35,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seQ., Public Records of St. l.uc1~ c:ounty, Florida,
encumbering certaln ~ands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more partlcularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and .
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Martga~e Qeed was rccorded in Officia~ 12ecord
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Pub~ic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended-by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 215, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, beinq a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the l~en and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City ~ank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of ~

does remise, release, quit claim, e~onerate and discharge from the

and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provide~, always,
nevertFieless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise ~mpair,
