PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BAMK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the follcwi~g mortgages
and the notes sacured thereby, to-wit: •

1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ,
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e Cou~ty, Florfda,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and ~
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
hlodification ef Mortgage Deed was recorded 9n Official Record
Book 20/, Page 8b7, et seq., Rublic Records of St. Luc1e
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
